Amid the current pandemic, Hong Leong and CDL are able to move more than 60% of the units at Penrose during the 1st day of launch. The outcome had once again proven that there is plenty of liquidity in the market, as all the 1525 parties who participated in the balloting are all “clean case” buyers, meaning without condition and is able to exercise within 5 weeks from the date of OTP.
